By accessing and using the SaudiOne platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
SaudiOne provides an online platform for booking hotels, tours, restaurants, transport, and eSIM services across Saudi Arabia. We act as an intermediary between you and service providers.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SaudiOne, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of SaudiOne or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
SaudiOne acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of services provided by third-party service providers.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
