What is SaudiOne?

SaudiOne is a comprehensive tourism platform for Saudi Arabia. We offer hotel bookings, guided tours, restaurant reservations, transport services, and eSIM cards — all in one app with support for 8 languages: Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and Urdu.

What languages does SaudiOne support?

We support Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), and Urdu. The AI travel assistant is available in all these languages 24/7.

Do I need a visa to visit Saudi Arabia?

Citizens of 49 countries can obtain an eVisa or visa on arrival. The tourist eVisa is valid for one year with multiple entries and allows stays of up to 90 days. Check the official Saudi tourism portal for the latest visa requirements for your nationality.

What is the best time to visit Saudi Arabia?

The best time to visit is from October to March when temperatures are cooler (15-25°C). Riyadh Season (Oct-Mar) and Jeddah Season (Jun-Jul) offer major entertainment events. AlUla's peak season runs from October to April with cultural festivals and concerts.

Booking & Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mada (Saudi debit cards), and STC Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through Stripe.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on SaudiOne include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations. You'll receive a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice for every booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Generally:

  • Hotels: Free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in
  • Tours: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour date
  • Transport: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup
  • eSIM: Non-refundable once activated

Check the specific cancellation policy on each booking page before confirming.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. You can track your refund status in My Bookings.

Can I bundle multiple services for a discount?

Yes! Use the Trip Basket to add hotels, tours, transport, and eSIM plans. Bundle 3+ services to save up to 25%. Use the Trip Calculator to compare budget vs. premium options.

Services

How do I activate my eSIM?

After purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email. Scan it with your eSIM-compatible device:

  1. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  2. Scan the QR code
  3. Label the plan (e.g., "Saudi Travel")
  4. Set it as your data line

Activation is instant. Compatible with iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+.

Can I book a tour in a language other than Arabic or English?

Many of our tour operators offer guides in French, German, Spanish, and other languages. Check the "Languages" field on each tour listing. You can also filter tours by language availability.

Is the AI Assistant available 24/7?

Yes, our AI Travel Assistant is available around the clock in all 8 supported languages. It can help with destination recommendations, pricing questions, booking assistance, local customs, weather info, and itinerary planning.

What types of transport are available?

We offer:
