SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co. is expanding its urea production capacity by 54% through a $3.4 billion project, targeting markets in Asia, the US, and Canada to absorb the increased output. The project entails the construction of an ammonia and two urea plants, with commercial production expected to begin in 2030, thus strengthening SABIC's position in the agricultural nutrients sector and contributing to global food security.
