A week-long celebration of Saudi Arabia's diverse culinary heritage, bringing together traditional home cooks, celebrity chefs, and food artisans from all 13 provinces. Taste your way through the Kingdom's rich flavors from Hejazi to Najdi, Hasawi to Tihami cuisine.

Over 100 food stalls representing all Saudi regions. Live cooking demonstrations by top Saudi and international chefs. Cooking workshops where you can learn to make kabsa, mandi, jareesh, and harees. A specialty coffee village showcasing Saudi's growing specialty coffee culture.
